Separation Law

Separation, Access to Children and Family Law

Separation is a stressful, emotional and lonely experience. As helpful as friends and family try to be well-meaning advice can simply adds to the pressures on you. There is one person who ought to be of constant support to you throughout the process - your lawyer.

You don't choose your lawyer to be your friend. You choose him/her to be your committed advocate and sympathetic adviser. Your lawyer should be the one person you can rely on, to steadfastly look after your interests.

Remember it is your divorce and you give the instructions to your lawyer. However instructions can only be given when being presented with the right advice and the right of choice.

How do you find this person? And once you have found a lawyer you have confidence in, how do you then manage them? So where to start?

We have dealt with access issues, separations and divorces from the start of the Judicial Separation Act 1989 and we are in District, Circuit and High Court on a regular basis on behalf of our clients.

The light at the end of the tunnel.
At the start of a separation, the whole situation looks hopeless. You have this awful mess. You are pretty much on your own. You and your partner cannot agree and there does not seem to be a solution.

You need to call us to look after your interests.
