We can also deal with all aspects of the administration of the estate of someone who has passed away. This will include obtaining the necessary Grant of Probate or Administration, collecting the assets, advising in relation to the Succession Act 1965, and ensuring that the assets are distributed to the beneficiaries, including the preparation of the necessary deeds and documents.
